Production has always been higher when a group of people work together(e.g. Agencies, Call centers, Assemble Lines). The best practice for high volume insurance agents is to be in a physical space with others who are on the same mission, are able to service them over-the-phone, be trained on an effective sales process & have necessary admin staff/support. Typically, this has been reserved for agency offices or call centers.  However, our value proposition is that we fill in the void for the NEW wave of independent agent brokers that would be more successful because of our Co-Working communities. We focus on empowering NEW sales agent production and downline creation of successful seasoned agent brokers within our co-working community. The experience of having a diverse but professional sales community on the same journey is invaluable for NEW agents.  The legacy of creating a downline group of agents to train and nurture for seasoned agent brokers is a misunderstood venture by so many seasoned solo agents.
